Likewise if there are no dietary restrictions, please could you also confirm this. \n\nThe day before your reservation, I’ll send you a reminder of the arrival time, the address and also a sneak peak of the menu. This means that all fruits, vegetables and herbs used across the menu will have been literally cultivated or foraged within a mile or two of where you'll be eating it! Lots of the produce is grown in Aidan's own veg garden, and his passion for sustainability and permaculture principles is visible throughout every aspect of the Eleven98 experience.",
