"description": "Since I was a child, thanks to my family and my mum, in particular, I developed a real passion for cooking, good food and the conviviality that is associated with. Working as HR in the fashion industry, beauty is part of my daily life and food is the natural completion of an all-encompassing desire for well-being. As with perfumes, each dish is associated with a particular experience whose memory can be easily reactivated every time we get behind the stove. In addition to the classic Tuscan cuisine, made of intense flavours and strict rules to follow, I also love to try and experiment with new dishes from different and distant international cuisines for tastes such as Thai or Russian. Producing both olive oil and wine in the land that my family has owned for generations, the quality of natural ingredients is the "secret" for the success of every recipe.\n\nFin da piccolo, grazie alla mia famiglia ed in particolare mia madre, ho sviluppato una passione per la cucina, il buon cibo e la convivialità che ne è associata. Lavorando come HR nella settore della moda, la bellezza è parte della mia quotidianità ed il cibo è il naturale completamento di un desiderio di benessere omnicomprensivo. Come per i profumi, ad ogni piatto è associata un'esperienza particolare il cui ricordo è facilmente riattivabile ogni volta che ci mettiamo dietro ai fornelli. Oltre alla classica cucina Toscana, fatta di sapori intensi e ferree regole da seguire, amo molto anche cimentarmi e sperimentare con piatti di cucine internazionali diverse e lontane per gusti come quella Thailandese o Russa. Producendo sia olio d'oliva che vino nei terreni che la mia famiglia possiede da generazioni, la qualità della materia prima è per me l'elemento fondamentale e senza il quale nessuna ricetta può dirsi riuscita.",
