"body": "Enjoy one of the best twilights of Barcelona featuring traditional Catalan dishes! We will host dinners at our penthouse in a classic 1930 building in Eixample, where modernist elements blend with an industrial chic aesthetic, facing an astonishing view of oranges and pinks fading in sunset of Sagrada Familia and Tibidabo. \n\nUpon arrival, guests will be offered a glass of Cava (a typical Catalan sparkling wine) and encouraged to take pictures while the starters are being finished in our open kitchen. During the supper, we aim to foster conversation and share insights into Catalan culture and our traditions. The meal will include several homemade Catalan dishes to be shared as starters or tapas: croquetes de pernil (ham croquettes), assortit d’embutits i formatges (a selection of cured meats and cheeses), ensaladilla russa (cold salad made with boiled potatoes, tuna, peas, boiled egg, olives and mayonnaise), esqueixada de bacallà (shredded cod salad), and, of course, pa amb tomata (bread rubbed with tomato). The main dish will be arròs de muntanya, a Catalan-style paella with artichokes and butifarra (Catalan sausage), which preparation guests will deliciously smell from our open kitchen. To accompany the meal, we will offer Catalan red and white wine, Catalan beer and purified water. To finish, we will serve the traditional Catalan dessert, crema catalana. To conclude the evening, guests will be offered coffee and a shot while Sagrada Familia gets lighten at dark. ",
