"body": "I reached out to Chef Jean to plan a private dinner to surprise my then girlfriend with a proposal, and it was absolutely amazing. Chef Jean was so easy to work with from the beginning of the planning process, and was accommodating to our exact needs. He went above and beyond to create the perfect menu which was an incredible fusion of East Asian flavors and French cuisine paired with their specially selected wines, and helped put together the ideal proposal during dessert. He and soux chef Fred were so wonderful, knowledgeable and professional but so friendly and fun they made us feel like family! My now fiancé and I can’t thank you enough, it was a truly unforgettable experience!",
