I live in the very center of Lisboa with my beautiful Brazilian/Italian girlfriend Priscilla, and we host at our own home, our kitchen, our garden full of spices and vegetables, in the living room where we either eat by ourselves or with big groups of friends and family. \n\nFor dinners and cooking classes we may also welcome friends and family to share our meals and friendships.\n\nI developed my love for food while growing up in a typical Portuguese family. The passion for cooking comes mainly from the passion for eating, and this latter comes a lot from the joy of the social interaction around the table. :) I cook typical dishes the traditional way, and also often blend ingredients and techniques from other cultures and latitudes.
