During these three hours together, you’ll discover the secrets to making tagliatelle and tortelloni just like a true sfoglina.\n\nWho is a sfoglina?\nTraditionally, a sfoglina is a woman who, with an apron and rolling pin, makes fresh pasta. But today, this term knows no age or gender! A sfoglina can be anyone who shares a passion for rolling dough—women or men, young or old. So, while I am a sfoglina, you can become one too!\n\nI’ll teach you how to use the rolling pin, the symbol of Bologna’s cuisine, as we transform simple ingredients like flour and eggs into true culinary masterpieces.\n\nThe day’s program:\n1) Tiramisù preparation: we’ll start by making tiramisù, the quintessential Italian dessert, so it has time to rest in the refrigerator.\n2) Dough and pasta sheet preparation: I’ll guide you step-by-step in creating tortelloni—from the filling to rolling the dough to perfect folding. You’ll also learn how to roll and work the dough to achieve flawless tagliatelle.\n3) Cooking and tasting: after cooking our tortelloni with butter and tomato sauce and the tagliatelle with sausage and rosemary ragù, we’ll taste them together, sitting down to enjoy a convivial moment paired with a selection of local wines that I will have carefully chosen for you.\n4) Dessert and farewells: we’ll finish with our tiramisù and a lovely coffee, as per Italian tradition. \n\nWhat’s included:\n- All the tools and ingredients needed for cooking\n- A meal consisting of two first courses, a dessert, coffee, water, and wine (one bottle per two people)\n\nMy home is also accessible to those with reduced mobility. Durante queste 3 ore insieme, scoprirai i segreti per preparare tagliatelle e tortelloni proprio come una vera sfoglina.\n\nChi è una sfoglina? La sfoglina, tradizionalmente, è una signora che con grembiule e mattarello prepara la pasta fresca. Ma oggi questo termine non ha più età né genere! Sfoglina può essere chiunque condivida questa passione per la lavorazione della sfoglia, donne o uomini, giovani o anziani. Quindi io sono una sfoglina, ma puoi esserlo anche tu!\n\nTi insegnerò a usare il mattarello, simbolo della cucina bolognese, trasformando insieme semplici ingredienti come farina e uova in vere opere d’arte gastronomica.\n\nIl programma della giornata:\n1) Preparazione del tiramisù: per prima cosa cominceremo con la preparazione del tiramisù, il dolce italiano per eccellenza, in modo che abbia il tempo di riposare in frigorifero.\n2) Lavorazione dell’impasto e della sfoglia: ti guiderò passo passo nella creazione dei tortelloni: dal ripieno, alla sfoglia, fino alla loro chiusura perfetta. Ti insegnerò anche come stendere e lavorare la sfoglia per ottenere tagliatelle impeccabili.\n3) Cottura e degustazione: dopo aver cotto i nostri tortelloni burro e oro e le tagliatelle al ragù di salsiccia e rosmarino, li assaggeremo insieme, sedendoci per goderci un momento di convivialità e abbinandoli a una selezione di vini del territorio che avrò scelto con cura per te.\n4) Dessert e saluti: a seguire gusteremo il nostro tiramisù e un bel caffè come da tradizione italiana.\n\nPerché scegliere questa esperienza a casa mia?\n1) Perché ho voluto fare della mia grande passione per la cucina una missione: quella di tramandare e far conoscere le nostre tradizioni. Credo fortemente che ogni cultura meriti di essere scoperta e, oltre a svelarti la mia, non vedo l’ora di conoscere la tua! \n2) Perché sono una grande appassionata, oltre che di cucina, anche di design e moda. Per questo motivo ho realizzato casa mia come uno specchio della mia personalità. Troverai un ambiente curato alla perfezione, una bella terrazza con divanetti in cui rilassarsi, e una sala da pranzo intima ed elegante. Curerò la tavola e la tua esperienza nei minimi dettagli.\n\nCosa è incluso:\n- Tutta la strumentazione e gli ingredienti necessari per cucinare\n- Il pasto composto da due primi, un dolce, caffè, acqua e vino (una bottiglia ogni due persone).\n\nLa casa è accessibile anche a persone con mobilità ridotta.
