Mi motivación era la evolución espiritual. And my dad's family is from Leon, Spain. We have strong values of culture and traditions.\r\nFood has been always an important ingredient for keeping their culture alive. \r\nSometime was dificult to find the ingredients for the melas, so they started to use local products and the result was an incredible fusion.\r\nToday I cook with local produts because they give the meals different touches and it's more ecolo-friendly to eat what you have close to you.\r\nI love cooking, it brings me memories, images, sounds, songs, smells, happy and sad moments: a live, my family, my grandmother, my mom's hands, her voice...\r\nWhen I was 15 years old, I became vegetarian. My motivation was spiritual evolve. I shared with them all my knowledge about pizza and “a piece of Johnny”! \n\nIn 2020\nI wanted to do more and share my passion & knowledge to a larger group of people every single day so I opened my first Instagram account @theheartofpizza. \n\nI called it “The Heart of Pizza” because I believe the dough base -the heart- is the most important part of pizza making process.
