Mio nonno era un produttore di Parmigiano Reggiano e da bambino ho potuto imparare da lui tutti i segreti di questo meraviglioso formaggio unico al mondo. Vedremo insieme i luoghi che fin da bambino ho frequentato in cui ancora oggi mio zio produce questo formaggio, con la stessa cura e passione che ci accomuna. Mi entusiasma molto poter condividere le mie conoscenze con persone di altri paesi a cui cerco di trasmettere la cultura e le tradizioni della mia terra.",
