"description": "During my graduation from the Culinary Institute of America I overheard my peers discuss what restaurants they were going to. I wanted to do something different. Working as a freelance chef in the city is incredibly difficult it involves a lot of hustling and a lot of creativity. Freelancing became a lot like an improv class. \nClients would give me a challenge I would just say, "yes, and." Everything from a raw vegan tasting menu, to a ketogenic dinner for 30 to a Cbd tea party. I would make it my mission to fill whatever niche came at me. I currently spend half of my time working as a private chef in high profile homes and the other half curating independent events. When I am not doing either of those things I am enjoying all the city has to offer including comedy shows, burlesque clubs, art galleries and even morning yoga if I am feeling really ambitious. Sometimes I see art, sometimes I make art sometimes I am art. ",
