    "body": "What a great experience! The evening with Dejan and Natasa was fabulous. They are passionate cooks and consummate hosts. Every course was fresh, inventive, and, of course, delicious. Two that were particular standouts were fresh scampi ceviche with strawberry and mint and homemade ravioli with wild garlic, chanterelle, and porcini mushrooms. Props to the homemade tiramisu too. While it would be difficult to top the food, spending the evening with Dejam and Natasa, two interesting, cultured, well-traveled folks who love to share their country and cuisine with others, was just as fantastic. Natasa even gave us a ride home to Old Town at the end of the night so we didn’t have to call an Uber. Best meal in Slovenia by far (and we had some good ones). Highly recommended! ",
