"body": "I can't recommend this supper club enough!! So much thought has gone into the whole experience - from the décor of the room, to the beautiful crockery (all imported from Japan and different for each course) and intentionally curated music. \n\nOnto the food - I don't think you can experience Japanese home cooking like this in any restaurant in London. Every course was stunning! Traditional homestyle dishes but elevated in a way I haven't experienced before. I have never eaten pickles that good, nor beef gyudon ( A5 beef with black truffle shaved on top at the table by the chef of course!!) Wagyu and truffles aside, it all felt like real understated luxury - dishes that appear simple but clearly so much work and skill has gone into them along with quality ingredients.\n\n Each course was explained in detail by the host, with the provenance of the ingredients and cultural significance of the dishes brought to the forefront. I didn't personally have the veggie or vegan courses but you could tell as much thought and care had gone into them as the meat/fish. \n\nThe vibe is really really nice - small enough setting that it feels cosy and you can all sit and have 1 big conversation around the table but big enough that you can have your own individual conversations and it doesn't feel crowded or loud. \n\nIf I can snag a seat in the future I will 100% be back!! Bravo to Ken the chef and Greta the host.",
