Appassionati di viaggi e buongustai, io e mio marito abbiamo esplorato cucine di tutto il mondo, ma nulla Ăš paragonabile alle ricche tradizioni della nostra costa dalmata, che siamo entusiasti di condividere con voi.\n\nLa serata inizia alle 19:00, giusto in tempo per godersi un tramonto mozzafiato e la magica transizione verso una calda notte estiva. Sarete accolti con un drink di benvenuto fatto in casa, a base di uno dei miei liquori artigianali, a base di erbe e frutta locali.\n\nPrepariamo un pasto di quattro portate utilizzando solo i piĂč freschi ingredienti locali: verdure provenienti da fattorie vicine, pesce proveniente direttamente dai pescatori locali e sapori tradizionali che riflettono l'essenza della cucina dalmata croata. Preparo il pane in casa, salo il pesce e raccolgo ricette tramandate di generazione in generazione. Como viajeros apasionados y amantes de la gastronomĂa, mi esposo y yo hemos explorado cocinas de todo el mundo, pero nada se compara con las ricas tradiciones de nuestra costa dĂĄlmata, que nos entusiasma compartir con ustedes.\n\nSu velada comienza a las 19:00 h, justo a tiempo para disfrutar de la impresionante puesta de sol y la mĂĄgica transiciĂłn a una cĂĄlida noche de verano. Les recibiremos con una bebida casera de bienvenida, con uno de mis licores artesanales, elaborado con hierbas y frutas locales.\n\nPreparamos una comida de cuatro platos con los ingredientes locales mĂĄs frescos: verduras de granjas cercanas, pescado procedente directamente de pescadores locales y sabores tradicionales que reflejan la esencia de la cocina dĂĄlmata croata. Horneo mi propio pan, salamos mi propio pescado y recopilamos recetas que se han transmitido de generaciĂłn en generaciĂłn.
